Morris Eagles to sponsor fireworks display

For well over a decade, the Morris Eagles have sponsored an exciting fireworks show during Prairie Pioneer Days. This year, to accommodate the fans of Rock the Groundz music and camping event, the fireworks will be launched adjacent to the Stevens County Fairgrounds. Concert goers will have the best seat in the house! Fireworks are scheduled for dusk - when Aultimate Ozzy takes the stage.

The annual fireworks display is a gift from the Morris Eagles for the Prairie Pioneer Days festival. Hundreds of people travel to Morris to view the display. Spectators who are not in the concert grounds will be able to get great views along County Road 22, State Highway 9, and along U.S. Route 59.

Rock The Groundz is a one-day rock music and camping event held in Morris, Minn. to coincide with the community's Prairie Pioneer Days festival. This year's lineup includes Electric Allmighty, Lazerwolfs, 69 Cents and 'Aultimate Ozzy,' the award-winning Ozzy Osbourne tribute show.
