Camping form: You
must return the camping
agreement form [available in pdf
here] to the
mailing address listed on the form immediately to insure campsite
availability, and no later than July 1, 2010.
Check in: gate opens
at 8:00 a.m. Friday, July 9th. Thursday, July 8th by appointment
by calling (320) 760-6611.
Campsite: One camper/RV
or tent per site. There are a limited amount of sites available,
first to reserve is first served. Sites with water and electric service
are available, but limited. Rest rooms are available within walking
distance.
Camping fees: $60
per person, per site and fee must be paid
in advance. This is a per person fee and includes one (1) ticket
to the concert grounds on Saturday AND includes a special Friday
night concert by Nasty Habit in the campground! No one will be
allowed in the camping area whom is not registered with a camp
site. Special camping wrist bands are required to be worn at
all times to enter the campground.
Responsible party: The
name of the person that the camp site is rented to is responsible
for the site. All persons must be registered to a camp site.
Responsible party must be 21 years-of-age or older.
Parking: One
(1) vehicle per campsite is allowed, including the RV/camper.
No 4-wheelers or golf carts are allowed.
Fire: Campfires
in approved containers are allowed. Propane and charcoal grills
may be used for cooking.
Garbage: You are
responsible for cleaning up the site before you leave. Dumpster
is available. Alcohol: Is
allowed in the camping area only and cannot be brought into the
concert. Alcohol is for sale in the concert area by the Morris
Eagles Club. Minor consumption will not be tolerated and will
be prosecuted. Event sponsors and law enforcement will watch
this very closely. Violators of this policy or any other laws
or ordinance may be asked to leave the grounds and will not be
entitled to a refund, and will be prosecuted. Law enforcement:
Local law enforcement will patrol the camp grounds for safety
reasons. In case of emergency, please call 911. |
